Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure; check-in closes 15 minutes before departure for the captain's safety briefing
- Complete the online liability waiver before arriving at the dock
- Bring a government-issued ID
- Expect the captain to select an alternative location if weather or water conditions prevent travel to Snipes Key Sandbar
- Wheelchairs and strollers must be lifted separately onto the boat because no boarding ramp is available
- Only service animals meeting the Americans with Disabilities Act definition are permitted; keep them under control at all times
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and trips booked within 24 hours are nonrefundable. A minimum of 6 passengers is required; if unmet, you can reschedule or receive a refund. If the operator cancels for weather or safety and you cannot reschedule, you'll receive a full refund.
