• Arrive 30 minutes before departure; check-in closes 15 minutes before departure for the captain's safety briefing
• Complete the online liability waiver before arriving at the dock
• Bring a government-issued ID
• Expect the captain to select an alternative location if weather or water conditions prevent travel to Snipes Key Sandbar
• Wheelchairs and strollers must be lifted separately onto the boat because no boarding ramp is available
• Only service animals meeting the Americans with Disabilities Act definition are permitted; keep them under control at all times
