All bookings are non-refundable. Minimum 5 days’ notice required for cancellations. No-shows are never refunded or rescheduled; if a credit card is held and you do not show up, your card will be charged the full amount. Operator may cancel due to weather, safety, mechanical, or behavioral issues; refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Arrive 15 minutes before departure. Stay on shore and do not walk down the dock or board the tikis before you check in with the captains.
Bring alcoholic beverages, food or snacks, towels, swimsuits, water shoes, and snorkel gear if you want to snorkel.
