- A valid Florida marriage license is required. Obtain your license and bring it to the ceremony. Florida residency is not required.
- Florida residents may face a three-day waiting period unless they complete an approved premarital course. The waiting period does not apply to non-Florida residents.
- Marriage-license fees and certified copies are not included in the listed price. Any required permit, admission, or venue fees are also extra, including applicable charges at Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park.
- Location approval depends on availability, tides, permits, public use, and venue rules. Public ceremony locations are not private or exclusive.

Cancellation Policy
Payments are non-refundable; full credit is available to reschedule within 365 days. If the operator cancels for weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. Perishable items are non-refundable. Arriving 15+ minutes late means no refund or future credit. Date changes with more than 30 days' notice are subject to availability.
