Important details
- Complete a waiver before your rental
- Bring a credit card; your card information is copied temporarily for security
- Provide your height for bike fitting
- Pick up and return rentals during opening hours: Monday–Saturday 9am–6pm and Sunday 9am–5pm
- Plan around the daily 2pm–3pm closure, when pickups and drop-offs are not accepted
- Pick up your bike within 2 hours of your planned pickup time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel penalty-free within 48 hours of booking unless your event is within 14 days. Otherwise, cancellations more than 14 days before the event receive a 50% refund; cancellations within 14 days are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels, choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

FAQs
Bring a credit card; the shop takes a temporary copy of your card information for security. You also need to sign a waiver (you can sign it online ahead of time or on arrival).
Pick up and drop off only during opening hours: Monday–Saturday 9am–6pm and Sunday 9am–5pm. The shop is closed daily from 2pm to 3pm, and pick-ups and drop-offs are not accepted during that time.
All rentals include a lock and flat repair kit. You can request a helmet and lights (both available upon request).
