Important details
- Children's birthday packages are for ages 2–12 only.
- An 18% service charge on your bill subtotal is not included in the listed price. It will be added to your bill at the end of the event.
- Programs and tours are limited to 30 participants and are designed for children included in the party package.
- As the party host, stay with the group throughout the party. Keep children supervised at all times.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except additional birthday cake, cupcakes, and candy in goodie bags.
- Outside entertainers, including face painters, characters, and magicians, are not permitted.
- Decorations are allowed, but sparkler candles, silly string, confetti, glitter, piñatas, and tape of any kind are prohibited. Do not tape, glue, or hang anything from restaurant décor or furniture.
- Treat other people and animals respectfully. Do not yell, run, throw things, or roughhouse. Follow staff instructions and stay with your group.
- Arrive and check in with your assigned party host at least 15 minutes before your party starts to allow time for parking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 1 week before your party. Later cancellations forfeit your deposit. If the aquarium cancels for weather or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be offered or a full refund will be issued. Weather-related ride closures do not qualify for refunds or rain checks. Late arrivals cannot extend the reserved party time.

Your birthday party requires a minimum of 10 children, and 10 children's packages are charged even if fewer attend. Total party size cannot exceed 40 guests, including adults.
Up to 3 adult chaperones can enter Stingray Reef free of charge. Additional adult admission is not included in the listed price; tickets cost $6.99 plus tax at the Treasure Chest Gift Shop. Adult food and drinks are available to purchase separately from the restaurant's Main Menu.
Yes. An optional meet-and-greet features 1–3 reptile or invertebrate ambassador animals, an educator, and a photo opportunity. Allow 10–15 minutes for one animal or 20–30 minutes for three. Animal participation and specific animal requests are not guaranteed. You cannot touch the animals.
