Important details

• Bring valid government-issued photo ID for yourself and each cardholder whose card is used on the invoice. In-person signatures are required on arrival, including a payment-responsibility agreement covering credit card chargebacks.
• Parent or guardian supervision is required for everyone under 18. All children under 18 count toward attendance, whether or not they participate.
• On-site fees are not included in the listed price: $30 for every 15 minutes past your scheduled end time, $25 for prohibited party items or removal of the venue's tablecloths, and $25 for smash-cake cleanup unless you handle that cleanup yourself.
• Check in at the front desk and sign the liability waivers. A signed waiver is required for every minor under 18, including infants and children who will not participate.
• Wear socks to play. Review the safety rules and ensure your children follow them throughout the party.
• Your celebration area is assigned to your time slot and cannot be changed.
• Leave confetti, glitter, Silly String, face paint, and bubbles at home. Keep the venue's tablecloths in place; put any additional tablecloths over them. Use only painter's tape for wall decorations and pull-string piñatas.
• Alcohol, drugs, profanity, and inappropriate behavior are prohibited. Violations can result in removal from the facility.
• Place Deluxe party food orders at least 48 hours in advance. Pizza delivery times are estimates, and delivery is not considered late until the final hour of your party.
• Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your start time. Early setup is unavailable; any setup uses your scheduled party time. Late arrival may reduce your party time.
• Leave the celebration area promptly at your scheduled end time.
