Things to know
Ages 7–17 only. Check in 15 minutes early, wear jeans or pants and closed-toe shoes; helmets are provided and recommended. A waiver is required by a parent or legal guardian; no running or double riding.
Cancellation policy
Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before the ride. Cancel 24–48 hours prior: 50% refund. Same-day cancellations receive no refund. Date changes 24–48 hours prior incur a $50 change fee; rescheduling allowed once. Same-day date changes forfeit the cost of one ride.
