Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time for check-in
- Ages 7–17 only
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes; no sandals, Crocs, flip-flops, high heels, or boots with heels over 1 inch
- Keep jackets on rather than tying them around your waist
- Complete a waiver through a parent or court-appointed legal guardian; guardians must show court documentation
- Weight limit 250 lbs; requires mounting and dismounting the horse independently
- Pregnant riders cannot participate
- Do not ride with alcohol or substances in your system, and do not smoke during the ride
- Remain with the wrangler and follow staff instructions; running, trotting, and cantering are not permitted
- Optional shuttle service may carry an additional charge based on pickup location and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are nonrefundable.
FAQs
A parent or court-appointed legal guardian must complete the waiver. Court-appointed guardians must present court documentation showing the court name, case number, and both the guardian's and child's names.
Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Keep jackets on rather than tied around your waist, and leave bags, purses, backpacks, food, and outside drinks behind. Store phones or cameras securely in a shirt pocket or with a wrist strap.
Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled ride time. Late check-in may mean you cannot participate, and missed or delayed check-ins are not refundable.
