Itinerary

A Small Birthday Party at Ahoy Kitsap Playland begins with an hour of playtime the arena during general admission hours followed by an hour in one of our private party rooms for cake, ice cream, food, and presents. If you are expecting more than 16 children or a lot of adults, we highly recommend you choose a private party to ensure the very best experience.

Important details

• Parties are intended for children turning 1–12.
• Party rooms may require stairs. The accessible main-floor room accommodates about 18 people, including children and adults; specific room assignments are not guaranteed.
• A $50 outside-food fee applies on the day of your party and is not included in the listed price. Cake, cupcakes, and nonalcoholic beverages are exempt. The fee may be waived with a catering order of at least $50.
• Damage charges of up to $50 may apply if you use tacks, nails, or staples to hang decorations. Staying in the party room beyond your reservation costs $25 for every 10 minutes. These charges are not included in the listed price.
• Supervise all minors, including teens, with an adult at all times. A party host or hostess is not provided.
• Wear socks to enter the play arena; this applies to both children and adults.
• Keep the facility peanut-free. Alcohol is prohibited, including in the parking lot.
• Do not use tacks, nails, or staples for decorations.
• Arrive 20 minutes before your party starts to check in and load your party supplies. Party-room access is only guaranteed 40 minutes after the party starts, allowing setup before the room celebration.
