- Arrive in Kings Beach 30–45 minutes early and check in at least 15 minutes before your start time
- Complete the online liability waiver before your rental
- Use nearby public parking and park legally without blocking driveways
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before start at no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full. If selected at booking, the Flexible Cancellation/Change Policy allows changes or cancellations up to 2 hours before start. Full refund for wind or weather cancellations at operator discretion.

Use nearby public parking, including North Tahoe Beach, the West End Public Parking Lot on Rainbow Ave., Rainbow Ave. Public Parking Lot, Kings Beach State Recreation Area, or Brook Ave. Public Lot. Street parking is available in most areas; park legally and do not block driveways or resident access.
