Paddle after dark beneath a full moon or look for glowing water
1.5-2 hours
Kayak, life jacket, paddling lesson
Explore coastal waters after dark on a guided kayak outing. Tours feature either full-moon paddling or darker conditions that may allow you to spot bioluminescence, not both.
Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the activity. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows. Reschedule or request a wind check until the day before; no same-day rescheduling.
Bring at least 1 quart (1 liter) of water, sunscreen or a hat, sunglasses with a strap, insect repellent, a towel, and a change of clothes. Wear clothes and shoes you do not mind getting wet or dirty. Bring a raincoat or waterproof jacket if rain is forecast.
Complete the digital waiver before arrival. Participants age 18 and older sign their own waiver; a parent or legal guardian signs for anyone under 18.
No. Full-moon and bioluminescence kayak tours are one or the other: moonlight is too bright to observe bioluminescence. On darker nights, you may have a chance to see glowing fluorescent bacteria in the water.

Great spot for a bunch of cool stuff. Huge selection of some of the best regular and sport kites. Dunes are a great place to visit and fly kites. Lots of little shops also.
