• Children aged 0–3 enter free. Child tickets cover ages 4–15; adult rates apply from age 16. For General Entry, children aged 0–15 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• For the Great Australian Wildlife Experience option, pets are not allowed. Service animals are permitted with valid identification.
• Optional koala patting is not included in the Great Australian Wildlife Experience option; an extra charge applies.
• For the Great Australian Wildlife Experience option, do not bring outside food, drinks, bottles, firecrackers, lasers or other dangerous or disruptive items.
• For the Great Australian Wildlife Experience option, do not smoke or drink alcohol. Breaking this rule means you will be asked to leave. You may be refused entry or service without a refund if you appear intoxicated.
• No luggage storage is available at Birdworld Kuranda.
