- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in, safety instructions, and basic lessons
- Bring a photo ID matching the cardholder's name and the credit card used for the reservation
- Maximum weight is 225 lbs per person
- Stay within the designated paddling area
- Sign a participation waiver before taking the kayak
- A $3 Department of Natural Resources fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Expect charges for lost or damaged equipment, plus a minimum $100 rescue fee if you or the equipment require recovery
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the 8:30 AM check-in time to avoid a full charge. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and trips booked within 48 hours are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to weather or sea conditions, you will not be charged and may reschedule.
