- Arrive 15–30 minutes before your tour start time
- Ages 2+ only
- Life jackets are not provided for children ages 2–3
- Complete the required waiver before arrival
- Bring a swimsuit, towel, extra clothes, sunblock, dry bag, and water shoes or comfortable shoes
- Do not smoke on the boat, damage equipment or the natural reserve, or leave equipment unattended
- You are responsible for damage or lost equipment caused by negligence
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour for a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before, no-shows, and late arrivals are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
