Cancellation Policy
For groups of 10+ and private charters: no refund within 30 days; 50% refund 30–60 days before; 100% refund more than 60 days before. Once full payment is received, 10% is nonrefundable. For bookings from July 1 to November 1, the maximum cash refund is 50%.

La Terminal de Cabo charges a mandatory $2 USD maritime-port usage fee for each person over age 6 to board. Some private charter reservations may already include this fee.
