Important details
- Arrive 10 minutes early and wait at the waterfront meeting area until the crew escorts you to the boat
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times
- Requires boarding with minimal assistance, including stepping into the cockpit and moving around a sailing vessel
- Not stroller or wheelchair accessible
- Swimming requires a signed swim waiver, captain approval, and comfort in the water
- Wear a life jacket if you do not swim
- Alcohol is permitted for travelers age 21 and older; unsafe consumption may end activities or the trip early
- Follow the captain and crew’s safety instructions at all times
- Expect the route, timing, and sail plan to change for weather and safety conditions
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted onboard
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 21 days before departure; 50% refund 14–20 days before. No refund 13 days or less before, or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances. Rescheduled charters are non-refundable unless canceled for weather.
