- Complete a waiver before check-in
- Ages 4+ only; children age 3 and under are not permitted
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Children ages 4–12 must share a paddleboard with a parent or guardian
- Ages 13–17 may paddle independently with a parent or guardian nearby throughout the tour
- Requires confident swimming, full mobility, and good physical condition
- Maximum 350 lbs per paddleboard for up to one adult and one child ages 4–12
- Arrive ready to paddle at your scheduled check-in; arrivals more than 10 minutes late cannot be accommodated
- Pets and alcohol are not permitted
- At least 2 participants are required for the tour to operate
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made 72 hours or more before the booking date. No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours, day-of cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows. Tours may operate in light rain; weather or safety cancellations are eligible for rescheduling or a gift card, not a refund.
FAQs
Wear a bathing suit or breathable athletic clothing that can get wet. Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle. Store keys and your phone in a dry bag; one is available if you need it.
Park in the driveway, where space is limited; carpool if possible. No restrooms are available on-site. Public restrooms are available at Warren Park, a 2-minute drive away, from 8 am to 6 pm.
