Cancellation Policy
Cruises run rain or shine. If the captain cancels, including for dangerous weather, choose a refund or reschedule. Cancel 7+ days ahead to request a full refund; 2–6 days ahead allows rescheduling with a $20 fee. Within 48 hours, no refund or reschedule. Groups of 10+ require 30 days' cancellation notice. Rescheduling to a lower fare gives no credit or refund.

Boarding begins 30 minutes before departure. Allow an extra 10 minutes to find parking and walk the 400 feet from the marina entrance to the boat. Seating is first come, first served, with no assigned seats; arrive early for your preferred seating.
You'll be notified using the contact information on your reservation as soon as the cancellation occurs. The captain may cancel for dangerous weather or if fewer than 20 passengers have purchased tickets.
