- The renter must be 25 or older and hold a valid state driver's license
- Alabama residents born after April 28, 1954 need a valid Alabama boating license
- Out-of-state residents need a valid home-state boating license or National Association of State Boating Law Administrators accredited course credential
- Complete and digitally sign the rental agreement before your rental
- A credit card must remain on file during the rental
- Do not tow tubes or ski behind the boat
- Accept responsibility for damage or lost boat items during your rental
- Taxes, booking fees, and fuel are not included in the listed price; fuel charges apply if the boat is not returned full
- Expect a $25 cleaning fee if the boat is returned excessively dirty
- Return on time; late returns incur a $75 fee for each half hour
