- Ages 21+ only; the driver needs boating experience
- Arrive 15 minutes before your rental start time
- Bring a valid photo ID and credit card for the driver at arrival
- Complete the rental waiver at least 24 hours before the rental begins
- A $750 security deposit hold, not included in the listed price, is placed on the credit card at check-in until the pontoon is returned undamaged
- Stay sober if you are driving

Cancellation Policy
No cash refunds for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full rental cost. Rentals are canceled only for thunderstorms or high winds.

You may leave one vehicle at Above Water Rentals for free. You can also park at the state park for a fee; clarify the fee amount with Greetwell before booking.
Rentals are canceled only for thunderstorms or high winds. Rain alone does not cancel a rental. If conditions are stormy at your start time, you receive a rain check as store credit; if rain or storms cut your time on the water short, you receive prorated store credit for missed time.
