- Wear a provided personal flotation device at all times for occupants under 13; keep one accessible for all others
- Keep alcohol off rental boats; drivers may not consume alcohol or be under its influence
- Return to the marina immediately when thunder is heard and lightning is present
- Expect a refundable $250 damage deposit at check-in, released after the rental if no damage is done
- Expect a $25 day-use fee per vehicle on arrival unless you are overnight camping
- Expect an additional fuel charge not included in the listed price
- Start day-use boat rentals no earlier than 7am
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of booking with no fee. Cancel 72 hours or more before your reservation for a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations less than 72 hours before your reservation.

FAQs
Return to the marina immediately. If you are more than halfway through your rental, no refund is issued. If you are less than halfway through, you may wait for staff approval to return to the water or end the rental and receive a gift card for the remaining time. Rental time is not extended.
Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to complete the rental contract. If you arrive 30 minutes or more after your reservation time, your rental is forfeited and no refund is issued.
