Know before you go
- Each guest must complete the digital waiver before arriving; a parent or guardian must sign for minors
- Drivers must be at least 21 and present a valid driver’s license
- For 2- and 4-hour rentals, arrive at the marina office at least 30 minutes before departure; full-day renters may arrive anytime during their reservation period
- A refundable $250 damage deposit is collected at check-in and released after the rental if no damage occurs
- A fuel charge applies; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- Trading out guests above the occupancy limit incurs a $20 surcharge per additional person
- Non-overnight guests pay a $25 day-use fee per vehicle; day use opens at 7am and boat rentals cannot start earlier
- Swimming and alcohol consumption are prohibited on rental boats
- Guests under 13 must wear an appropriately sized personal flotation device at all times; all other guests must have one accessible
- If thunder and lightning occur, return to the marina immediately; weather-related rental time is not extended, and refunds are not provided after halfway through the rental
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of booking with no cancellation fee. Cancel 72 hours or more before your reservation for a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations less than 72 hours before the reservation.
