Cancel before the reserved departure time for a refund minus a $10 fee per child fare, $20 per adult fare, or $30 per adult fare with vehicle. Online booking fees are nonrefundable.

A chairlift is available for boarding and disembarking and has a 300-pound maximum capacity. If you use a motorized wheelchair, you will ride the lift separately from your chair. Upper-deck access is limited depending on mobility.
