- Expect fuel refills to be your responsibility and not included in the listed price
- Expect a $10 fee for each minute returned after your scheduled time
- Return overnight rentals by 8 am the following morning
- Return multi-day rentals by 5 pm on the final day; they may begin as early as 9 am
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before start for a full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before start for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before start or no-shows. If severe weather prevents departure at start time, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
