Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before your launch time and check in at the Campstore inside Lake Skinner Recreation Area
- Provide your home address and campsite number, or indicate day use if you are not camping
- Boat operators must be at least 21 and provide a driver license or photo ID at check-in
- Only registered boat operators may drive the boat
- Complete a waiver for every person onboard and do not exceed the vessel occupancy limit
- Pay park day-use and fishing fees directly to park staff at the front gate; clarify fee amounts with Greetwell before booking
- Pay a refundable $250 damage deposit at check-in; it is released after the rental if the boat has no damage
- Return on time; late returns incur a $10 charge
- Pay a $20 per-person surcharge if you trade guests and exceed the occupancy limit
- Keep guests age 13 and under in life vests at all times; swimming by people and animals is prohibited
- Return to the marina immediately when thunder and lightning are present; rental time is not extended, and weather refunds depend on how much of the rental has elapsed
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of booking with no fee. Cancel 72 hours or more before your reservation for a full refund less a $10 fee. No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation.
