- Boat operation requires age 21+ and a driver's license or photo ID at check-in
- Only designated boat operators may drive
- Complete a waiver for every person onboard
- A refundable $250 damage deposit, not included in the listed price, is collected at check-in and released after the rental if no damage occurs
- Day-use and fishing fees are not included in the listed price and are paid directly to park staff at the front gate
- Life vests are required at all times for ages 13 and under
- Swimming by people and animals is prohibited
- Return to the marina immediately if thunder and lightning are present; weather interruptions do not extend rental time

Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of booking for no cancellation fee. Cancel 72 hours or more before your reservation for a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds within 72 hours of your reservation.

If you are more than halfway through your rental, no refund is issued; if you are less than halfway through, you may wait for clearance to return or end the rental and receive a gift card for the remaining time.
