• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your launch time
• Boat operators must be age 21+ and show a driver license or photo ID at check-in
• Only designated boat operators may drive the boat
• Complete a waiver for every person onboard
• Wear a life vest at all times for ages 13 and under
• Do not swim; swimming by people and animals is prohibited
• Expect park day-use and fishing fees at the front gate; these are not included in the listed price
• Expect a $250 refundable damage deposit at check-in, released after the rental if no damage occurs
• Return immediately to the marina when thunder is heard and lightning is present; weather interruptions do not extend rental time
• Expect a $10 late-return fee for boats returned after their due time; this is not included in the listed price
• Expect a $20 per-person surcharge if trading guests causes the vessel occupancy limit to be exceeded; this is not included in the listed price
