- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; late arrivals reduce your time on the water
- The primary charterer must be 21 or older, and every person counts as a passenger regardless of age
- Groups of 7–13 operate as bareboat charters
- If you use a referred independent captain for a bareboat charter, captain services and fuel cost $100 per hour, paid directly to the captain upon arrival and not included in the listed price
- Self-operation requires a United States Coast Guard Masters license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- Leave glass, red wine, overly messy foods, and pets behind

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Holiday bookings for Fourth of July Fireworks, Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July week, and Labor Day weekend are nonrefundable within one month. Full refund if the operator cancels, including for weather.

Yes. For parties over 6 passengers, U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require a Bareboat Charter, and the captain must be paid separately in addition to the prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain.
