- Arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes before departure and be at the boat 20 minutes before; allow extra parking time on weekends and holidays
- Ages count as passengers, including infants; for groups of 1–6, the main charterer must be 21 or older
- Groups of 7–13 operate as bareboat charters and require an independent qualified captain unless you qualify to operate the boat yourself
- Operating the boat yourself requires a United States Coast Guard Master's license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- If using a captain from the referral list, captain and fuel cost $100 per hour, paid directly to the captain on arrival and not included in the listed price
- Captain gratuity is not included in the listed price

Free cancellation more than 10 days before departure. No refund within 10 days or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels, including due to weather.

Yes. If your group is over 6 passengers, USCG regulations require a Bareboat Charter and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain. Group size is based on the number of passengers at the time of booking; if you book 7+ but arrive with fewer, you still pay the additional $100 per hour.
Yes. Arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes before your charter (longer on weekends and holidays), and be at the boat 20 minutes prior. If you arrive late, your time on the lake is shortened.
Yes. The boat has life preservers for all ages and sizes. Guests under 13 are required by law to wear a life jacket at all times.
