Gratuity is not included. Glass, red wine, and overly messy foods are not allowed, and pets are not permitted. Each guest (any age) counts as a passenger.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 10 days before your booking receive a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days and no shows are non-refundable. All cancellations determined by Boat Tahoe receive a full refund. Weather cancellations are determined by Boat Tahoe only. Holiday cancellations are non-refundable one month prior.

FAQs
Yes. If you book for 7+ passengers, U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require a bareboat charter, and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due on arrival and paid directly to the captain. If you book 7+ but arrive with fewer, you still owe the additional captain charge.
Arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes before your charter (longer on weekends and holidays), and plan to be at the boat 15 minutes prior. If you arrive late, your time on the lake is shortened.
Yes. Bring your own food, snacks, and drinks; water is provided. A cooler or small refrigerator is onboard, but ice is not provided, so bring your own.
