Important details
- Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled rental time
- Complete the online waiver before your rental
- Return all rental equipment by the reserved return time; a late fee applies for late returns
- No small craft is advised during a high wind advisory or thunderstorm
- Operations close during National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration small craft advisories, gale warnings, thunderstorm warnings, or equivalent alerts
Cancellation Policy
Full refund 48+ hours before your rental. Receive a 50% refund 24–48 hours before. No refund within 24 hours or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
FAQs
Wear a swimsuit or quick-dry clothing, water shoes, a hat, sunglasses with a strap, and reef-safe sunscreen. Bring a change of clothes, towel, water bottle, and a phone in a waterproof case. Leave valuables at home.
Check weather and water conditions before paddling. Lake Tahoe conditions can change rapidly, and you may get wet. Do not use small craft during a high wind advisory or thunderstorm.
