- Main charterer must be 21 or older; every person counts as a passenger regardless of age
- Arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes before departure and at the boat 20 minutes before departure; late arrival shortens time on the lake
- Allow extra parking time on weekends and holidays
- Groups of 7–13 operate as bareboat charters
- For groups of 7–13 using a referred captain, captain services and fuel are not included in the listed price and cost $100 per hour, paid directly to the captain upon arrival
- Operating the vessel yourself requires a USCG Masters license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- Captain gratuity is not included in the listed price
- Leave glass, red wine, overly messy foods, and pets ashore
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 10 days before departure. No refund within 10 days or for no-shows. Labor Day Weekend bookings are nonrefundable within one month. Full refund if the operator cancels, including for weather.

Yes. If you book for 7 or more passengers, your charter is treated as a Bareboat Charter and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain (cash, Venmo, or Zelle). Group size is based on the number of passengers at the time of booking, and each guest counts as a passenger regardless of age.
No. Use the marina restroom near the parking lot before boarding. Your captain can stop along the way if needed.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera/phone, and a jacket or sweatshirt (it can get chilly). If you plan to swim, bring a swimsuit and towel (towels aren’t provided). You may bring your own food and drinks. Do not bring glass, red wine, pets/animals, or messy foods.
