- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; allow extra time to park on weekends and holidays
- Main charterer must be age 21 or older
- Count every person as a passenger, regardless of age
- Groups of 7–13 operate as bareboat charters and require an independent captain or qualified self-operation
- Using an independent referral captain adds $100 per hour for captain service and fuel, paid directly to the captain upon arrival and not included in the listed price
- Self-operation requires a USCG Masters license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- Leave glass, red wine, overly messy foods and pets behind
- Expect captain gratuity to be separate from the listed price
- Arrive on time, as late arrival reduces your time on the water

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. For 4th of July Fireworks, Memorial Day weekend, the week of July 4, and Labor Day weekend, cancellations are nonrefundable within one month. Full refund if the operator cancels, including weather cancellations.

FAQs
Use the restroom at the marina near the parking lot before boarding. Boats do not have restrooms, but you can stop along the way if needed.
If you book for 7+ passengers, USCG regulations require a Bareboat Charter and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain. Group size is based on the number of passengers at the time of booking, even if fewer people show up.
Gratuity is not included. If you’d like to tip, captains accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
