Things to know
For parties over 6 passengers, USCG regulations require a Bareboat Charter and the captain must be paid separately in addition to the charter fee—confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking. Gratuity is not included. No pets, glass, red wine, or overly messy foods.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel more than 10 days before booking. No refund for cancellations within 10 days or no-shows. Full refund if Boat Tahoe cancels; weather cancellations are determined by Boat Tahoe only. Holiday cancellations are non-refundable one month prior.
FAQs
Yes. If you book for 7 or more passengers, United States Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require a Bareboat Charter and you must pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due on arrival and paid directly to your captain (cash, Venmo, or Zelle). Group size is based on the number of passengers at the time of booking.
Arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes before your charter (longer on weekends and holidays), and arrive at the boat 15 minutes prior. If you arrive late, your time on the lake will be shortened.
Yes. Bring your own food and drinks; water is provided. You can store items in the onboard cooler or small refrigerator (an ice pack is included, but ice is not provided).
