Important details
- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; allow extra parking time on weekends and holidays
- The main charterer must be 21 or older
- Count every passenger, regardless of age, toward your group total
- Groups of 7–13 are bareboat charters and require a captain or qualified self-operation
- Self-operation requires a USCG Masters license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- If using a captain from the optional captain list, captain and fuel cost $100 per hour and are settled directly with the captain on arrival, not included in the listed price
- Captain gratuity is not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made more than 10 days before booking. No refund within 10 days or for no-shows. Holiday bookings are nonrefundable one month before Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July week or fireworks, and Labor Day weekend. Full refund if the operator cancels, including for weather.

FAQs
Yes. If you book for 7 or more passengers, United States Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require a Bareboat Charter and you must pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due on arrival and paid directly to your captain (cash, Venmo, or Zelle). Group size is based on the number of passengers at the time of booking.
Arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes before your charter (longer on weekends and holidays), and arrive at the boat 15 minutes prior. If you arrive late, your time on the lake will be shortened.
Yes. Bring your own food and drinks; water is provided. You can store items in the onboard cooler or small refrigerator (an ice pack is included, but ice is not provided).
