- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; allow extra parking time on weekends and holidays
- Late arrivals reduce your time on the water
- All passengers count toward the total, regardless of age; the main charterer must be 21 or older
- Groups of 7–10 passengers are bareboat charters; a captain from the referral list costs $100 per hour, including fuel, paid directly to the captain on arrival and not included in the listed price
- Operating the vessel yourself requires a USCG Masters license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Fourth of July Fireworks, Memorial Day weekend, the week of July 4, and Labor Day weekend bookings are nonrefundable one month before departure. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels.

FAQs
Yes. For 7+ passengers, U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require a Bareboat Charter, and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain. If you book 7+ but arrive with fewer, you still owe the additional $100 per hour.
No. Use the restroom at the marina near the parking lot before boarding. Your captain can stop along the way if needed.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera/phone, and a jacket or sweatshirt. If you plan to swim, bring a swimsuit and towel (towels aren’t provided). You can bring your own food and drinks, but do not bring glass, red wine, pets/animals, or overly messy foods.
