- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; allow extra parking time on weekends and holidays
- Do not bring glass, red wine, overly messy foods, or pets
- All passengers count toward the group total, regardless of age
- For groups of 1–6, the main charterer must be 21 or older
- Groups of 7–8 operate as bareboat charters, with captain and fuel charges not included in the listed price
- For groups of 7–8 using a captain from the referral list, expect a separate $100-per-hour captain and fuel charge, paid directly to the captain upon arrival
- Self-operation requires a US Coast Guard Masters license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Fourth of July fireworks, Memorial Day weekend, the week of July 4, and Labor Day weekend bookings are nonrefundable within one month. Full refund if the operator cancels, including for weather.

FAQs
Yes. If you book for more than 6 passengers, this charter is treated as a bareboat charter and you must pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain. Group size is based on the number of passengers at the time of booking; if you book 7+ but arrive with fewer, you still pay the additional $100 per hour.
Life jackets are available for all ages and sizes. Guests under 13 are required by law to wear a life jacket at all times.
No. Use the restroom at the marina near the parking lot before you board. If needed, you can stop along the way.
