- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; late arrivals reduce your time on the water
- For groups of 1–6, the main charterer must be 21 or older
- Groups of 7–13 are bareboat charters
- When using a referred captain, captain service and fuel cost $100 per hour, paid directly to the captain upon arrival and not included in the listed price
- Self-operation requires a United States Coast Guard Master's license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- Leave glass, red wine, and overly messy foods behind; pets are not allowed
- Captain gratuity is not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. For Memorial Day weekend, the week of July 4, July 4 fireworks, and Labor Day weekend, cancellations are nonrefundable within one month. Full refund if canceled by the operator, including for weather.

FAQs
Yes. If you book for 7 or more passengers, USCG regulations require a Bareboat Charter and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to the prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain. Group size is based on the number of passengers at the time of booking; if you book 7+ but arrive with fewer, you still pay the additional $100 per hour.

Yes. You can bring your own food, snacks, and drinks. Water is provided, and there’s a cooler or small refrigerator onboard; ice isn’t provided, so bring your own.
