- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; late arrival reduces time on the water
- For groups of 1–6, the main charterer must be 21 or older
- For 7–13 passengers, this is a bareboat charter; hire a captain separately unless you qualify to operate the vessel yourself
- Self-operation requires a USCG Masters license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- For 7–13 passengers using a referred captain, captain and fuel cost $100 per hour, paid directly to the captain on arrival and not included in the listed price
- Leave pets, glass, red wine, and overly messy foods behind

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Holiday bookings are nonrefundable one month before Memorial Day weekend, the week of July 4, July 4 fireworks, and Labor Day weekend. Full refund if the operator cancels, including for weather.

FAQs
Yes. For groups over 6 passengers, United States Coast Guard (USCG) rules require a Bareboat Charter and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to the prepaid charter fee. Plan for an additional $100 per hour due on arrival and paid directly to your captain. If you book 7+ passengers, you still pay this even if fewer people show up.
The full-lake tour depends on weather. If conditions don’t allow access to portions of the lake, you’ll spend more time in other areas and coves.
Yes. Bring your own food, snacks, and drinks. Water is provided, and your boat has a cooler or small refrigerator for storage.
