- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; late arrivals reduce your time on the water
- For parties of 1-6, the main charterer must be age 21 or older
- Each person counts as a passenger, regardless of age
- Leave glass, red wine, overly messy foods, and pets behind
- Parties of 7-8 are bareboat charters, meaning the boat rental and captain arrangement are separate
- For parties of 7-8 using a referred captain, captain service and fuel cost $100 per hour and are paid directly to the captain on arrival; this is not included in the listed price
- Operating the vessel yourself requires a U.S. Coast Guard Master's license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel more than 10 days before departure. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Fourth of July Fireworks, Memorial Day Weekend, the week of July 4, and Labor Day Weekend bookings are nonrefundable within one month. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels, including weather cancellations they determine.

Yes. For groups over 6 passengers, USCG regulations require a Bareboat Charter and the captain must be paid separately in addition to the prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain. Group size is based on the number of passengers at the time of booking, and each guest counts as a passenger regardless of age.
Arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes before your charter (longer on weekends and holidays) and plan to be at the boat 15 minutes before departure. If you arrive late, your time on the lake will be shortened.
You get a cooler or small refrigerator onboard, but ice isn’t provided—bring your own. Bring your own towels if you plan to swim.
