Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before your booking for a full refund. Cancel within 10 days or no-show for no refund. Full refund if Boat Tahoe cancels. Weather cancellations are determined by Boat Tahoe only. Holiday cancellations (4th of July Fireworks, Memorial Day Weekend, Week of 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend) are non-refundable one month prior.

FAQs
Yes. If you book for 7 or more passengers, U.S. Coast Guard regulations require a bareboat charter and you must pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due on arrival and paid directly to the captain (cash, Venmo, or Zelle). Group size is based on the number of passengers at booking; if you book 7+ but arrive with fewer, you still owe the extra $100 per hour.
Bring your own ice. The boat has a cooler or small refrigerator; coolers include an ice pack, but ice isn’t provided.
No. Use the restroom at the marina near the parking lot before you board. Your captain can stop along the way if needed.
