Important details
- Bring a valid photo ID and credit card to pick up your bike
- Credit-card authorization is held until return: $100 City, $200 Performance, $300 Tandem, $500 Electric, $700 Aluminum Road, $1,200 Carbon Road
- Sign a liability waiver before riding; riders under 18 need a parent or legal guardian present to sign and accompany check-in
- Rent kids' bikes and equipment with an adult bike
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Changed reservation dates are non-refundable.
