- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; late arrival reduces your time on the water
- The main charterer must be 21 or older
- Efoil use is limited to ages 18 and older; minors may join the charter but cannot efoil
- Expect general efoil guidance only; hands-on in-water instruction is not provided
- Leave glass, red wine, overly messy foods, and pets at home
- Groups of 7–13 operate as bareboat charters
- For groups of 7–13, captain and fuel are not included in the listed price; referred captains charge $100 per hour, paid directly on arrival
- Self-operation requires a USCG Master's license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- Captain gratuity is not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel more than 10 days before your booking. No refunds within 10 days or for no-shows. Holiday bookings are nonrefundable within one month of the booking. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels, including due to weather.

FAQs
Yes. If you book 7+ passengers, United States Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require a Bareboat Charter and you must pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain. Group size is based on the number of passengers at time of booking (if you book 7+ but arrive with fewer, you still pay the additional $100 per hour).
No. You’ll get general guidance, but this is not a formal in-water lesson and there’s no hands-on in-water instruction or assistance.
Efoil use is limited to guests ages 18 and older. Minors are welcome aboard the charter but may not participate in the efoil activity.
