- A US Coast Guard-licensed captain is required to operate every rental
- A $60 per hour captain's fee is not included in the listed price and is paid directly to the captain on the rental date
- Children age 12 and under must wear a personal flotation device at all times
- No pets or glass bottles are allowed aboard
- Stay off the upper deck while the boat is moving

50% refund for cancellations 7–30 days before the reservation. No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before or no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels because conditions are unsafe and Lake Tahoe is unfit for travel.
