- A valid driver's license and credit card are required at check-in
- All adults age 18 and over on board must complete a liability waiver before the rental day
- The renter assumes responsibility for the vessel and everyone on board under bareboat charter terms
- An additional $100 per hour is not included in the listed price: $50 per hour for fuel and $50 per hour paid directly to the driver on the rental day
