- Arrive 10–15 minutes before departure; late arrivals may shorten your time and are non-refundable
- Complete the waiver before arrival; one person may sign for the entire party
- Bring towels, sunscreen, snacks, and water
- Allow extra travel time for construction and summer traffic
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 5 days before your charter. Cancellations within 5 days are subject to a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If weather doesn’t cooperate, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
