Know before you go
- Complete the waiver before arrival; one signature may cover your party
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early to park, unload, and board; late arrival may shorten your time on the water
- Bring towels, sunscreen, snacks, and water
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 5 days before your charter. Cancellations within 5 days are subject to a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If weather does not cooperate, choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
