- Ages 25+ only to rent and operate the pontoon
- Bring valid identification and a credit card for check-in and a temporary damage hold
- All riders born on or after January 1, 1988 require a Florida Basic Boaters Safety Certificate
- Return by 6pm; rentals operate between 10am and 5pm
- Avoid pulling or tubing from the pontoon
- Excess gas usage may incur a surcharge not included in the listed price
