Important details
- Drivers must be at least 12 years old. Children under 12 must ride with a driver over 18.
- Each Rydable carries up to two riders with a maximum combined weight of 400 pounds. The second rider must be a minor; two adults cannot share a Rydable.
- No pets are permitted.
- Gratuities are not included in the listed price.
- Wear closed-toe shoes. Flip-flops, sandals, and heels are not permitted.
- Complete the online waiver in your confirmation email before arrival. A parent must sign for each minor participant.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your tour for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 72 hours are nonrefundable. The tour runs in light rain, with ponchos provided. If the tour is canceled for heavy rain or adverse weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Use the free, secure on-site parking lot or park on Lakeside Avenue. Do not park in Jimmy's Restaurant parking lot.
There are no restrooms at the starting location. Use a restroom before arrival; public restrooms are available along the route.
