    Things to know

    Shared tours use tandem kayaks; single kayaks require a private booking. Group tours need at least 4 participants and may be rescheduled if the minimum is not met. Participants under 18 must be with a parent or guardian, and all guests must sign a waiver.

    Cancellation Policy

    Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before the activity. Cancellations within 13 days receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made 48 hours or less before start or for no-shows. If the operator cancels due to adverse weather or water conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
