Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 10 days in advance for a full refund. Reschedule at least 3 days in advance, subject to availability. If the venue is closed for cross-country skiing on your date, your pass is refunded. Other operator cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances receive a refund or credit. Unused passes expire; no-shows are charged the full price.
