Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 7 days before your service date. 50% refund for cancellations 3–7 days before your service date. No refunds for cancellations less than 3 days before your service date.

Arrive in time for your scheduled performance. A 15-minute grace period applies; after that, the performance cannot be accommodated and late arrivals are not refunded.
Bring your small gift to a 2-minute meeting with the magician shortly before the performance in your hotel or restaurant lobby. You must attend this meeting personally.
